Grandma Helen’s Recipes

I have a few original Armenian recipes from my grandmother that I will post here under the category of Grandma Helen’s recipes.  They came from Aintab so some of the recipes will be characteristic of that region.

There will also be other original recipes from my mother and various other ladies of that era who have passed on now.

Sure LInda – what you are talking about is called Yalanchi or Sarma. Yalanchi is the cold version and Sarma is hot. They are both wrapped in grape leaves. I will put a recipe up of both.
